Helpful Instructions

To submit a new appointment please complete the form to the right. Be sure to include information in all fields. At the bottom of the form is a comments section. Please include any important information that you feel we should know before our demo, such as: “They have pets in the house.” or, “They are clean freaks!” or, “Their daughter has Asthma.” etc. 

Upon the completion of your submission form you will receive a thank you message on screen. You will also receive a confirmation email within 24-48 hours. If you do not receive a confirmation email, please email us at

You will receive a phone call/text from your Rainbow representative on the day of your appointment. This call/text is to verify that you have confirmed with your friends/family and that the appointment is still on. If you need to reschedule your appointment for any reason please email us at as soon as possible.
